Our Investment Strategy

Our investment strategy is to acquire land in high economic growth areas with low housing inventory and high housing demands due to population growth and then develop the property into lots for rental or sale.

Our basic philosophy land investment for a development project over a period of five to seven years, ranging from property acquisition, planning, development and lot liquidation. The rental and sale of lot inventory provide the funds for return of capital to investors along with earned interest. 

We have adopted this strategy because real estate markets are cyclical and can fluctuate with the local economy and population growth within prime or subprime markets. The timing of the land purchase, planning, development and sales requires a significant amount of time before construction commences.  A development project’s cycle can be affected by delays at any point, especially in certain markets with questionable sustainable growth patterns.

Westfork Development capitalizes investments in property ownership and improvements through syndications with "Accredited Investors" who will participate in the ownership of land and assets until the properties are developed and lots sold or rented.

Investments are available to "Accredited Investors" who are U.S. Citizens in compliance with Regulation D of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1933, as amended and to Non-U.S. Citizens in compliance with Regulation S and programs subject to foreign securities laws in the country of domicile, existing treaties and under the provisions of the USCIS EB5 immigration program.
